My Dunedain Ranger

Have you ever imagined that people are more than what they seem? That they are not just their plain selves but are actually fairy tale creatures in disguise? Princesses, princes, wizards, knights, mermaids, shepherds, minstrels? I know I do, and I happen to have a friend who is a Dunedain ranger. She is a wandering, strong spirited friend, loyal to the end, tough as nails but kind hearted. She also has healing powers and she is studying to be a doctor. This is a sketch I did portraying her as one of the Dunedain rangers from Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. I'm so pleased with how it turned out!
